I maybe a specialist strength and nutrition coach, but I have a background in business success as well.

I have worked in blue chips, have ran my own smaller businesses for over 20 years, I’ve helped with funding rounds, managed multi-million pound projects, run award winning marketing campaigns and software launches, helped individuals develop their own careers and led many multi-disciplinary high performing teams. I’ve always had to juggle a busy professional and personal life.

This – alongside my nutrition, fitness and personal training qualifications and experience – means I can help you in a number of ways:

Who am I?

Hi, I’m Simon Graham. I am a Certified Personal Trainer, Strength and Conditioning, and Nutrition Coach. I am also an experienced Business Owner and Manager.

After being out of shape, burnt out and overweight 12 years ago, I turned it around. I got fit, got strong, lost over four stone and have completed many challenges such as a one-day 200 mile cycling event.

I have the right qualifications experience to help you but, unlike many coaches and personal trainers, I also have a track record in business success outside of the fitness and nutrition world as well.

How it works

New clients complete an interview and questionnaires to ensure I get an accurate picture of who you are, your goals and what will work best for you.

I offer ongoing coaching.

My clients are spread out across the UK and within Europe. 

I offer 100% online coaching but, if we live near each other, sometimes sessions can take place in person as well – but we don’t have to see each other in-person for this to work.

Ongoing online coaching includes daily accountability check-ins plus weekly Zoom support and review sessions. 

For online coaching, I use tools including Zoom and WhatsApp. I am based in Farnborough, Hampshire. 

Executive Health & Performance Coaching FAQs

After your initial review sessions, you will check-in with me daily – sending accountability check-ins via WhatsApp text message.

In addition, we will schedule weekly Zoom sessions as well.

There is no notice period and you can cancel anytime.

You pay in advance for each month via Direct Debit.

Coaching is a partnership and I am here to help you, not judge you.

The chances are, whatever you are experiencing, I will have been there myself at some point as well!

At the start, and throughout the process, I will provide guidance on how much and what types of food to eat. There are a few different ways to approach this and we will agree the best approach for you.

The process is about finding balance and giving you skills you can use for the rest of your life, and not just for a few months.

You do not have to be a gym member and you can train at home (with workouts I will design for you) and outdoors walking and so on.

If you want to join a gym though, I can programme workouts for you that you can complete at your gym as well.

I am based in Farnborough, Hampshire. 

You may want to invest in some bands or weights to use at home which can cost up to £30 at the start, but these are optional.
