Menopause can cause a number of changes around weight, mood, hot flushes, energy, cognitive function and brain fog, food cravings, where you store fat, joint pain and a whole host of other signs and symptoms. There are too many to list here and everyone is of course different.
What you have done in the past may now not work. You know what though, it’s a great opportunity for reinvention!
I can help you better understand any changes you are experiencing and teach you how to make lifestyle changes to help manage them, at the same time as keeping it fun and enjoyable.

Lose those menopause pounds & Inches
Working with me doesn’t have to be about weight loss, but it can be.
Menopause can change where you store fat and cravings may also change.
We can work together on your nutrition and exercise to help you to counteract much of this, while still ensuring you get to continue to eat the things you love as well.
Get fitter, stronger & more confident
Menopause can weaken your bones and may also lead to joint pain.
The good news is though, some simple exercises can really help here and I can give you an exercise and stretching plan based on your exact needs.
You don’t need to join a gym (unless you want to, in which case you can) and it will be fun and easy to understand. You don’t have to lift big weights like a body builder or run marathons either to see results in the mirror!
Address your incontinence fears
I understand that this is can be an awkward topic chat about.
I can teach you pelvic floor exercises though that will help with this and we don’t need to chat about it if you don’t want to.
Anything we do discuss will always be 100% confidential.
Reduce Brain Fog & Anxiety

Who Am I & Why Work With Me?
Hi, I’m Simon Graham.
I am a Certified Menopause Exercise Coach, a qualified Personal Trainer and an Advanced Level 4 Nutritionist.
I also have a Level 3 Diploma in (GP/NHS) Exercise Referral which means I can work with people various medical conditions as well. These conditions include Stress and Anxiety, Depression, Osteoporosis, Type 1 and Type 2 Diabetes, Hypertension (High Blood Pressure), Arthritis, Joint Replacement Surgery, Hypercholesterolemia (High Cholesterol) and others.
This is me below in the before and after photo. I’ve been on a journey of my own! I get what a struggle eating a bit better and trying to get fitter can be… it’s not something that has always been easy for me either.

I am not a doctor.
Your doctor will continue to diagnose, cure and / or prescribe medication.
I am also not a mental health professional, so while the nutrition and exercise ideas we try can help to relieve the symptoms of conditions such as anxiety and depression, this will be through lifestyle changes only and does not replace other mental health treatments or medication.
Also, I am not a woman! But…
This doesn’t mean I don’t understand though.
I work with lots of clients who are experiencing things I have never experienced – including female clients who are going through perimenopause or are postmenopausal – but my experience and qualifications mean I can help still.
Menopause Coaching FAQs
Yes. If you work me with, the first thing we will do is have a review session where I learn all about you and how you feel. I will then explain what this all means and what we can do to help with any changes and challenges that you are facing.
After your initial review sessions, you will check-in with me daily – sending support and help check-ins via WhatsApp text message.
In addition, we will schedule Zoom sessions as well.
There is no notice period and you can cancel anytime.
You pay in advance for each month via Direct Debit.

Everything we talk about is always 100% confidential.
I will devise an exercise plan just for you that will help you with any challenges you are facing, fits in with your day-to-day life and is designed to be something you will actually enjoy. Some clients walk, some go to the gym, some exercise at home, some take part in a sport and more.
At the start, and throughout the process, I will provide guidance on how much and what types of food to eat. There are a few different ways to approach this and we will agree the best approach for you.

The process is about finding balance and giving you skills you can use for the rest of your life, and not just for a few months.
You do not have to be a gym member and you can train at home (with workouts I will design for you) or do other activities entirely.
If you want to join a gym though, I can programme workouts for you that you can complete at your gym as well.
My clients are spread out across the UK and within Europe.
I offer 100% online coaching but, if we live near each other, a monthly in-person session can take place as well (in addition to daily WhatsApp check-ins and regular Zooms) but we don’t have to see each other in-person for this to work.
Online coaching is great because it allows for daily support and accountability, whether you engage in online coaching alone or combine it with in-person sessions — unlike with an in-person personal trainer, who you might only speak to once a week. Online coaching also offers complete flexibility around your own time, location, and plans. With my online coaching, I provide support in areas including fitness, nutrition, strength, mindset, time management, health and more — giving you access to a broader range of knowledge that you can tap into at anytime.
I am based in Farnborough, Hampshire.
You may want to invest in some bands or weights to use at home which can cost up to £30 at the start, but these are optional.
