  • It’s possible that you know you need to eat better but you just don’t know where to start as friends, social media and the press just make it all too confusing!
  • Maybe you’ve stopped, or are currently taking GLP-1 / Semaglutide medication like Wegovy, Mounjaro, Saxenda, or Ozempic, and you need help making lasting changes to your fitness, and nutrition.
  • It might be that you want to gain muscle, tone up, and undertake a body recomposition.
  • Perhaps you are just not as fit as you used to be, and you would love to get stronger, fitter, more confident and have more energy.

Some of my clients want to gain muscle, and some just want to eat better and get a little fitter. Some like lifting weights, some do other types of exercise, and some do both. Some may have set themselves some kind of challenge.

It doesn’t matter who you are though, working together we can make you healthier and fitter.

How it works

After an initial chat, clients complete some simple questionnaires to ensure I get an accurate picture of who you are, your goals and what will work best for you.

I then create a report for you outlining your current health position along with a new diet, workout or exercise plan tailored to you and your lifestyle. 

Training can be completed in the gym or at home. This is 100% personalised for you, based on your preferences and what I find out during your review. Exercise plans don’t just have to be about the gym though – it can include anything else you may enjoy such as cycling, swimming, jogging, exercise classes, walking or something else.

We can also work together on other aspects that you may need support with – if applicable – around time management, stress reduction, how to say “no” more often, career planning, sleep and more. 

We’ll keep in touch through WhatsApp plus regular Zooms. Optional in-person sessions available in Farnborough.

What You Get

You’ll get daily accountability check-ins, regular Zoom support, and a dedicated coach in your corner to keep you consistent, motivated, and progressing week by week. You’ll follow a structured training plan that fits your goals and lifestyle, with expert guidance to help you build strength, improve fitness, and feel proud of what your body can do. And if nutrition support is part of your plan, I’ll help you fuel your training without cutting out the meals you enjoy or compromising your social life.

Hi, I’m Simon Graham.

I am a qualified Personal Trainer and an Advanced Level 4 Nutritionist.

This is me below in the before and after photo. I’ve been on a journey of my own – from being an overweight burnt out workaholic to now being a coach and personal trainer. I get what a struggle eating a bit better and trying to get fitter can be… it’s not something that has always been easy for me, i’ve been there!

From personalised training plans and motivational support to accountability, expert guidance, and being there when you need a hand – or just a bit of encouragement – fitness coaching covers it all. You’ll get help setting realistic goals, tracking your progress, staying consistent, and even enjoying the process along the way. I’ve written a detailed blog about what a personal trainer does if you’d like to read more.

After your initial review sessions, you will check-in with me (daily if you like) – sending accountability check-ins via WhatsApp text message.

In addition, we will schedule Zoom sessions as well.

There is no notice period and you can cancel anytime.

You pay in advance for each month via Direct Debit.

I will put together an exercise plan just for you and teach you all exercises, so that you can also do them alone whenever you are not with me. Exercise can take place at home or in the gym.  It doesn’t have to involve lifting weights though and can include anything else you may enjoy such as walking, swimming, jogging, cycling and more!

At the start, and throughout the process, I will provide guidance on how much and what types of food to eat. There are a few different ways to approach this and we will agree the best approach for you.

The process is about finding balance and giving you skills you can use for the rest of your life, and not just for a few months.

My clients are spread out across the UK and Europe.

I offer 100% online coaching but, if we live near each other, a monthly in-person session can take place as well (in addition to daily WhatsApp check-ins and regular Zooms) but we don’t have to see each other in-person for this to work.

Online coaching is great because it allows for daily support and accountability, whether you engage in online coaching alone or combine it with in-person sessions – unlike with an in-person personal trainer, who you might only speak to once a week. Online coaching also offers complete flexibility around your own time, location, and plans.

I am based in Farnborough, Hampshire. 

Absolutely. Before becoming a coach, I gained years of experience managing teams and projects in high-pressure environments, including start-ups, small entrepreneur-owned businesses, large corporations, and government departments—all through my own business.

This experience, combined with my coaching certifications, enables me to provide support in areas such as stress management, time management, setting boundaries, learning to say no, career and business advice, improving sleep, fostering positive self-talk, habit formation, visualisation techniques, and more—depending on what’s relevant to you. Everyone is different, so you may find that some or all of this applies, or perhaps none at all.

The ultimate goal is to help you become a happier, more confident, and well-rounded healthier person.

I work as a personal trainer and health coach with anyone aged 21+.

My qualifications and experience, including a Level 3 Diploma in (GP/NHS) Exercise Referral, means I can work with people with the following medical conditions – helping them in relation to nutrition, exercise, energy levels, lifestyle changes, physical changes and how prescribed medication may need to be considered:

Many people are prescribed these medications without much guidance beyond how to inject them. But long-term success isn’t just about taking the drug – it’s about building healthy habits that will keep you feeling great even after you stop using it. That’s where I come in. I can provide coaching and support to help you in one or more of the following areas:
