As a certified fitness trainer, sports nutritionist and PT, I help people just like you:

  • Maybe you are a busy parent who wants to get fit and focus a little more on yourself again now
  • Maybe you have a really busy job. Perhaps you are a manager, entrepreneur or business owner suffering from burnout who needs help with time and stress management. You want to get healthier and take back control.
  • Perhaps you are getting older and want to stay in shape to be able to continue to enjoy your hobbies and keep up with the grandkids.
  • It’s possible that you know you need to eat better but you just don’t know where to start as friends, social media and the press just make it all too confusing!
  • Perhaps you are just not as fit as you used to be, and you would love to get stronger, fitter, more confident and have more energy.
Some of my clients want to gain muscle, and some just want to eat better and get a little fitter. Some like lifting weights, some do other types of exercise, and some do both. Some may have set themselves some kind of challenge.

It doesn’t matter who you are though, working together we can make you healthier and fitter.

How it works

After an initial chat, clients complete some simple questionnaires to ensure I get an accurate picture of who you are, your goals and what will work best for you.

I then create a report for you outlining your current health position along with a new diet, workout and exercise plan tailored to you and your lifestyle. 

Training can be completed in the gym or at home. This is 100% personalised for you, based on your preferences and what I find out during your review. Exercise plans don’t just have to be about the gym though – it can include anything else you may enjoy such as cycling, swimming, jogging, exercise classes, walking or something else.

We can also work together on other aspects that you may need support with – if applicable – around time management, stress reduction, how to say “no” more often, career planning, sleep and more. 

We can have daily contact through WhatsApp plus regular Zooms. Optional in-person sessions available in Farnborough.

I am based in Farnborough, Hampshire but for online personal training I use tools such as Zoom and WhatsApp.

Who Am I & Why Work With Me?

Hi, I’m Simon Graham.

I am a qualified Personal Trainer and an Advanced Level 4 Nutritionist.

This is me below in the before and after photo. I’ve been on a journey of my own – from being an overweight burnt out workaholic to now being a coach and personal trainer. I get what a struggle eating a bit better and trying to get fitter can be… it’s not something that has always been easy for me, i’ve been there!

After your initial review sessions, you will check-in with me (daily if you like) – sending accountability check-ins via WhatsApp text message.

In addition, we will schedule Zoom sessions as well.

There is no notice period and you can cancel anytime.

You pay in advance for each month via Direct Debit.

I will put together an exercise plan just for you and teach you all exercises, so that you can also do them alone whenever you are not with me. Exercise can take place at home or in the gym.  It doesn’t have to involve lifting weights though and can include anything else you may enjoy such as walking, swimming, jogging, cycling and more!

At the start, and throughout the process, I will provide guidance on how much and what types of food to eat. There are a few different ways to approach this and we will agree the best approach for you.


The process is about finding balance and giving you skills you can use for the rest of your life, and not just for a few months.

My clients are spread out across the UK and Europe.

I offer 100% online coaching but, if we live near each other, a monthly in-person session can take place as well (in addition to daily WhatsApp check-ins and regular Zooms) but we don’t have to see each other in-person for this to work.

I am based in Farnborough, Hampshire.

My qualifications and experience, including a Level 3 Diploma in (GP/NHS) Exercise Referral, means I can work with people with the following medical conditions – helping them in relation to nutrition, exercise, energy levels, lifestyle changes, physical changes and how prescribed medication may need to be considered:

It goes without saying but anything we discuss is always kept 100% confidential and I will never judge you or what you are going through. I am not a doctor. Your doctor will continue to diagnose, cure and / or prescribe medication when applicable.
