I used to be really overweight, and comfort ate… a lot! I juggle a very busy professional and personal life. It means I really do understand the challenges you are facing. I’ve been there.

I can help you with your diet, help you understand how different foods affect mood and activity, teach you how to better understand food labels, help with motivation and guide you through the challenges that will come up around friends and family when losing weight.

Sometimes, weight loss is about much more than just what you eat. So, if relevant, we can work on the things that may be contributing to your weight gain as well around emotional eating, time management, stress reduction, sleep, positive thinking, learning to say no more easily, goal setting and more – teaching you habits and behaviours that encourage long-term healthy change.

I’ll act as your “sponsor” with regular weight loss accountability check-ins. I’ll also be there to provide confidential support if and when the going gets tough.

I can also help you to get fitter and stronger, should you wish. If you feel apprehensive about going to a gym or exercising in public, we can easily find ways to work around this.

I specialise in one-to-one weight loss coaching.

I’ve helped many people, but I have also lost over four stone myself and I have kept it off for many years now.

I’ve had my ups and downs though just like anyone else so, no matter how you need me to help, I promise I will never judge you as there is a good chance I have been there myself as well at some point.

So, this – alongside my nutrition, fitness and personal training qualifications – means I can help you achieve your weight loss goals.

How it works

After an initial chat, new clients complete some simple questionnaires to ensure I get an accurate picture of who you are, your goals and what will work best for you.

I offer ongoing weight loss coaching with a plan and approach tailored to you and your lifestyle. My clients are spread out across the UK and within Europe. 

I offer 100% online coaching but, if we live near each other, some sessions can take place in person as well – but we don’t have to see each other in-person for this to work.

Ongoing online weight loss coaching includes daily weight loss accountability check-ins plus regular Zoom support and review sessions.

For online coaching, I use tools including Zoom and WhatsApp. I am based in Farnborough, Hampshire.

Weight Loss Coaching FAQs

From personalised plans, motivational support, accountability, being there when you need help or a need cheerleader, dietary guidance to realistic goal setting, tracking progress and… providing some fun! After your initial review sessions, you will check-in with me daily – sending accountability check-ins via WhatsApp text message.

In addition, we will schedule Zoom sessions as well.

There is no notice period and you can cancel anytime.

You pay in advance for each month via Direct Debit.

Weight loss accountability coaching is a partnership and I am here to help you, not judge you.

I used to be big myself, so I know exactly how you feel.

At the start, and throughout the process, I will provide guidance on how much and what types of food to eat. There are a few different ways to approach this and we will agree the best approach for you.

The process is about finding balance and giving you skills you can use for the rest of your life, and not just for a few months.

You do not have to be a gym member and you can train at home (with workouts I will design for you) or do other activities entirely.

If you want to join a gym though, I can programme workouts for you that you can complete at your gym as well.

My clients are spread out across the UK and Europe.

I offer 100% online weight loss coaching but, if we live near each other, a monthly in-person session can take place as well (in addition to daily WhatsApp check-ins and regular Zooms) but we don’t have to see each other in-person for this to work.

Online coaching is great because it allows for daily support and accountability, whether you engage in online coaching alone or combine it with in-person sessions — unlike with an in-person personal trainer, who you might only speak to once a week. Online coaching also offers complete flexibility around your own time, location, and plans. With my online coaching, I provide support in areas including fitness, nutrition, strength, mindset, time management, health and more — giving you access to a broader range of knowledge that you can tap into at anytime.

I am based in Farnborough, Hampshire. 

You may want to invest in some bands or weights to use at home which can cost up to £30 at the start, but these are optional. Some clients like to use their own apps for tracking food, but there are free and paid-for versions and I can advise on the various options. We don’t have to use apps for food tracking though.

I work as a weight loss coach with anyone aged 21+.

My qualifications and experience, including a Level 3 Diploma in (GP/NHS) Exercise Referral, means I can work with people with the following medical conditions – helping them in relation to nutrition, exercise, energy levels, lifestyle changes, physical changes and how prescribed medication may need to be considered: 

  • Menopause / Perimenopause / Post-menopause (I am a certified Menopause Exercise Coach)

It goes without saying but anything we discuss is always kept 100% confidential and I will never judge you or what you are going through. I am not a doctor. Your doctor will continue to diagnose, cure and / or prescribe medication when applicable.
