My role as a weight loss coach is to help people build healthier habits around food, movement, mindset, and everyday routines. No judgement, no perfection needed – just real support that’s shaped around you and your goals.
Whether someone’s tried every diet going or they’re starting from scratch, I help cut through the confusion and create a plan that’s realistic and sustainable. I stay involved throughout, with coaching that helps turn short-term motivation into long-term results.

Yes, nutrition is a key part of weight loss. But it’s never the whole picture. I support my clients with far more than just what’s on their plate. That includes:
- Understanding emotional eating and recognising personal triggers
- Improving sleep, which massively affects cravings, recovery and overall wellbeing
- Building a more positive mindset around food, movement and self-image
- Managing stress and setting better boundaries when life gets in the way

I Work With Clients Across the UK, Europe and Beyond
I’m based in the UK, and I support clients from all over the UK, Europe and further afield. Thanks to video calls and daily check-ins, online weight loss coaching works just as well no matter where you live. I stay connected with clients through WhatsApp, Zooms, calls, and sometimes email.
For those based locally to me in Farnborough, Hampshire, UK, there’s also the option to combine online coaching with in-person support. But geography is never a barrier to success.

Not everyone wants to dive into a gym programme. That’s fine. I help each client find ways to move that feel good and fit into their schedule. Some work out at home, some walk more, some hit the gym, some take up a sport – we do what works best for you.
My weight loss coaching with fitness support includes custom movement plans, progress tracking, and mindset tips to build confidence around exercise. Whether you’re brand new to fitness or want to get stronger or faster, I’ve got you covered.
Many clients often come to me unsure about where to start. I help them build up gradually – without judgement or pressure – and we celebrate the wins along the way.

One of the biggest reasons people struggle with weight loss isn’t always a lack of knowledge – it’s a lack of follow-through. That’s where regular support makes the difference.
I check in with my clients daily through WhatsApp and weekly through more structured Zoom sessions. This keeps motivation up, builds momentum, and helps navigate tricky situations. We track progress together – not just on the scales, but in energy, confidence, consistency and more.
The goal isn’t to be perfect. It’s to keep moving forward, even when life gets in the way.

I don’t do crash diets, detoxes, or unrealistic meal plans. I help people build long-term strategies that work – even when things get busy, stressful, or a bit chaotic.

I’ve helped many people lose weight, but I’ve also been in their shoes. At one point, I was well over four stone heavier than I am now (comfort eating is my nemesis!) – and I’ve kept that weight off for years.
