Monthly Online Coaching Payments
Monthly coaching is paid via direct debit and billed in advance each month. There is no minimum commitment period and you may stop at any time with no notice required. However, once a monthly payment has been taken it is non-refundable, as coaching time and availability are reserved in advance.
Coaching is a collaborative process and requires client engagement to be effective. If a client does not notify me of cancellation, coaching time and availability will continue to be held for them. Payments remain non-refundable, regardless of your own level of engagement or communication during that time.
During the Christmas period, I may take a short period of time off. During this time only, I may pause daily check-ins, routine communications, and Zoom calls for up to five days.
Outside of the Christmas period, I take holidays throughout the year but continue to support clients with daily check-ins and ongoing availability, although Zoom calls may not be offered during holiday weeks.
This is already factored into the coaching fees, and no refunds are given during these times.
Coaching payments continue as normal during your holidays. Coaching support and availability remain in place during client holidays, whether or not you choose to communicate or make use of that support while you are away.
One-to-One In-Person Personal Training Sessions (pay-as-you-go)
Pay-as-you-go in-person personal training sessions are paid for on the day of the session. Payments are accepted by card or cash. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours notice will still be charged in full.
One-to-One In-Person Training Sessions (monthly packages)
If you are paying monthly for in-person personal training, sessions are allocated within that billing period. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours notice cannot be carried over or replaced.
If I need to cancel a personal training session for any reason, a full refund will be provided if payment has already been taken, or the session can be rearranged, depending on your preference.
