Monthly Online Coaching Payments

Monthly coaching is billed in advance via direct debit. To stay flexible, there is no minimum commitment, no notice period, and you can stop at any time. Because I reserve your place in my schedule in advance, monthly payments are non-refundable once taken, even if you stop early or stop close to when a payment was made. Coaching is a partnership that thrives on active engagement. If you haven’t cancelled, I will continue to hold your spot and keep my availability open for you. For this reason, payments remain non-refundable regardless of your level of communication or engagement.

Online Coaching Holidays & Breaks

  • My Breaks: During the Christmas period, I take a short break of up to five days where daily check-ins and Zoom calls are paused. Outside of this, I may take holidays during the year but will continue to support you with daily check-ins while I am on holiday, though Zoom calls may not be offered. These periods are already factored into the coaching fees and no refunds are given.
  • Your Holidays: Coaching payments continue as normal during your own holidays, as your space and support remain available to you throughout, whether or not you make use of them while you are away.
  • Pausing: Pausing coaching part way through a billing period, or carrying payments forward for future use, is not normally possible, as each client space is reserved in advance and coaching is billed monthly in advance. In exceptional circumstances I may be able to offer a short pause, but this is entirely at my discretion and cannot be guaranteed.

In-Person Personal Training

  • Pay-as-you-go: Sessions are paid for on the day via card or cash. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged in full.
  • Monthly Packages: Sessions are allocated within the billing period. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice cannot be carried over or replaced.
  • My Cancellations: If I need to cancel a session for any reason, a full refund will be provided if payment has already been taken, or the session can be rearranged, depending on your preference.
  • If you arrive late for your session, I will not usually be able to extend your finish time due to other bookings. The session will still end at the scheduled time and the full session fee will still apply.

Direct Debit Cancellations

When your coaching ends, it is your responsibility to cancel your Direct Debit with your bank. I do not cancel Direct Debits on a client’s behalf.

If a payment is taken because a Direct Debit was not cancelled in time, refunds are not guaranteed. Where a refund is agreed, an administration and processing fee of £50 will be deducted to cover payment handling and associated bank charges.

To avoid any issues, please make sure your Direct Debit is cancelled with your bank as soon as your coaching ends.
