I used to be really overweight, and comfort ate… a lot! I know how it feels to start again every Monday, frustrated and fed up. Like many of my clients, I juggle a busy professional and personal life – so I genuinely understand the challenges you’re facing. I’ve been there.

I can help you with your diet, help you understand how different foods affect your mood and energy, teach you how to make sense of food labels, help with motivation, and guide you through the challenges that often come up around friends and family when you’re trying to lose weight.

Sometimes, weight loss is about much more than just what you eat. So, if it’s relevant for you, we can also work on the things that may be contributing to your weight gain – like emotional eating, your relationship with food, time management, stress reduction, sleep, positive thinking, confidence, learning to say no more easily, goal setting, and more. You’ll build healthy habits and behaviours that encourage long-term change and sustainable weight management.

I’ll be your ‘sponsor’ and cheerleader – someone who checks in with you daily to support your weight loss, helps you stay accountable, and offers confidential support when things get tough.

This is about creating an approach that fits your lifestyle and what you enjoy – not forcing your life to fit a plan.

I can also help you to get fitter and stronger, should you wish. If you feel apprehensive about going to a gym or exercising in public, we can easily find ways to work around this.

I specialise in one-to-one weight loss coaching. 

I’ve helped many people, but I have also lost over four stone myself and I have kept it off for many years now. I’ve had my ups and downs though just like anyone else so, no matter how you need me to help, I promise I will never judge you as there is a good chance I have been there myself as well at some point.

So, this – alongside my nutrition, fitness, behaviour change, and personal training qualifications – means I can help you achieve your weight loss goals.

How it works

After an initial chat, you’ll complete some simple questionnaires so I can get a clear picture of who you are, what’s been holding you back, your goals, and what will work best for you.

I offer ongoing weight loss coaching with a plan and approach tailored to you and your lifestyle. My clients are spread out across the UK and across Europe. 

I provide 100% online coaching but, if we live near each other, some sessions can take place in-person as well – but we don’t have to see each other in-person for this to work really well.

We’ll stay connected via Zoom and WhatsApp. I’m based in Farnborough, Hampshire, but the online coaching is designed to work seamlessly wherever you are.

What You Get

After your initial review sessions, you will check-in with me daily – sending accountability check-ins via WhatsApp text message.

In addition, we will schedule Zoom sessions as well.

There is no notice period and you can cancel anytime.

You pay in advance for each month via Direct Debit.

Weight loss accountability coaching is a partnership and I am here to help you, not judge you.

I used to be big myself, so I know exactly how you feel.

At the start, and throughout the process, I will provide guidance on how much and what types of food to eat. You can be given recipes and meal plans, or you can come up with your own meal ideas. There are a few different ways to approach this and we will agree the best approach for you.

The process is about finding balance and giving you skills you can use for the rest of your life, and not just for a few months.

You do not have to be a gym member and you can train at home (with workouts I will design for you) or do other activities entirely. We can make any type of physical activity work for you.

If you want to join a gym though, I can programme workouts for you that you can complete at your gym as well.

I offer 100% online weight loss coaching but, if we live near each other, a monthly in-person session can take place as well (in addition to daily WhatsApp check-ins and regular Zooms) but we don’t have to see each other face-to-face for this to work.

Online coaching is great because it allows for daily support and accountability – unlike with an in-person only personal trainer, who you might only speak to once a week. Online coaching also gives you complete flexibility around your own time, location, and plans. As an online weight loss coach, I provide support and accountability around nutrition, habit change, fitness, eating out, health, mindset, time management, and more – giving you access to a broader range of knowledge that you can tap into anytime.

I am based in Farnborough, Hampshire.

You may want to invest in some bands or weights to use at home which can cost up to £30 at the start, but these are optional. Some clients like to use their own apps for tracking food, but there are free and paid-for versions and I can advise on the various options. We don’t have to use apps for food tracking though.

I work as a weight loss coach with anyone aged 21+.

My qualifications and experience, including a Level 3 Diploma in (GP/NHS) Exercise Referral, means I can work with people with the following medical conditions – helping them in relation to nutrition, exercise, energy levels, lifestyle changes, physical changes and how prescribed medication may need to be considered:
