I offer online coaching, and most of my clients I work with are purely online. Even for those clients who do see me in-person as well, there is still a daily online coaching element to what we do.
This means we use WhatsApp, Zoom, videos and phone calls to work together. But why use tools like WhatsApp and Zoom to coach? And what are the benefits of online coaching?

In addition to daily check-ins, I hold regular Zoom calls and / or in-person sessions where more in-depth discussions, topics and planning can take please. So, as well as daily input, the longer term goals are covered as well.
